This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications Automate Music and SpotiActions (collectively referred to as the "Apps"), developed by GONZALO JUVENAL MOSCOSO PACHECO ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This document explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our Apps.

1. Information Collection and Use

Our Apps are designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, user statistics, or personally identifiable information (PII).

All core processes, automation configurations, and settings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any external server managed by the Developer.

2. Third-Party Music Services & APIs

To provide automated playback and playlist management features, the Apps interact with third-party music streaming services through official APIs and development frameworks. Your interaction with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies:

• Automate Music (Apple Music Integration): This App uses Apple's official MusicKit framework to access your music library, playlists, and control playback. • SpotiActions (Spotify Integration): This App interacts with the Spotify Web API / iOS SDK to fetch your playlists and trigger automation actions. Authentication is handled directly via Spotify's secure login protocols. We never see or store your Spotify account credentials. For more information, please review the Spotify Privacy Policy.

3. Device Permissions

The Apps may request certain device permissions to function correctly (such as Background App Refresh, Notifications, or Media & Apple Music Library access). These permissions are used exclusively to execute user-triggered automation actions locally on your device and can be revoked at any time through your device's system settings.

4. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store any of your data on external servers, there is no risk of your personal information being compromised from our end. Security of the data stored locally on your device relies entirely on the built-in security features of your device's operating system.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Apps do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13, nor do they target them, as no data collection occurs within the applications.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
