These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SoloWrite application (the "App"), developed by Gonzalo Juvenal Moscoso Pacheco ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the App
SoloWrite is a minimal writing application designed to reduce distractions and encourage focused writing. The App does not provide cloud storage, collaboration, or content publishing features.
2. License
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions.
3. User Content
Any text or content you create using SoloWrite remains entirely yours. The App does not access, collect, transmit, or store your written content outside of your device.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
5. Privacy
SoloWrite does not collect personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
