1Who we are

Apex Trade ("the app", "we", "us") is an iOS application published by myiosapps.org. You can reach us any time at support@myiosapps.org or through the Support page.

2What data the app handles

• Portfolio & app content — the holdings, watchlist symbols and price alerts you create. This is stored in your private iCloud and is used only to display your portfolio and power alerts.
• Sign in with Apple identity — if you choose to sign in, Apple provides a stable user identifier and, optionally, the name and email you agree to share. This is stored in your iCloud key-value store and used to personalize the app and keep your data associated with you across your devices.
• Symbols you view — the tickers you open are sent to market-data providers (below) to fetch quotes, charts and fundamentals. We do not build advertising profiles from this.

Apex Trade does not request your contacts, photos, location, or device identifiers for tracking, and does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across apps.

3Where your data lives

4Third-party market-data providers

To show live prices, charts, fundamentals and fair-value estimates, the app requests data from the following providers when you open a symbol or a market view. These requests include the ticker symbols involved but not your identity:

• Yahoo Finance — quotes, historical charts, screeners and index data.
• Finnhub — company profiles, key statistics and logos.
• Financial Modeling Prep — market movers (fallback) and analyst data.
• Simply Wall St — consensus fair-value estimates.

Each provider processes requests under its own privacy policy. We share only what is necessary to return the requested market data.

5Optional related-news stock sync

If you turn on "Save the stocks I follow" in Preferences (off by default, and only available while signed in with Apple), the app uploads the ticker symbols of your portfolio — never shares, amounts or prices paid — together with your app language, to a file we host on GitHub, so we can build a news feed related to the stocks you follow.

• Your row is keyed by an anonymous identifier (a one-way hash of your Sign in with Apple id). It cannot be reversed into your identity.
• That file is publicly readable; it never contains names, emails or position sizes.
• Turn the toggle off at any time to stop future updates, or email us to have your row removed.

6Subscriptions & payments

Apex Trade offers an 16-day free trial followed by an auto-renewable subscription (Apex Trade Pro). Purchases, the free-trial period, renewals and cancellations are handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account. We never see or store your payment card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.

7Notifications

If you enable price or VWAP alerts, the app uses Apple's notification system to alert you. These alerts are generated on your device from market data; enabling them is entirely optional.

8Your choices & rights

• Delete any holding, watchlist item or alert inside the app at any time.
• Sign out to stop associating data with your Apple identity.
• Remove the app's iCloud data from your Apple ID settings, or delete the app to stop all processing.
• Request information about your data by emailing us — since we hold no server-side copy, most data is already fully under your control in iCloud.

9Children

Apex Trade is intended for adults managing their own investments and is not directed to children under 13.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
